All orders are dispatched via DHL or Local Express Post, depending on the product's location in our inventory. This process allows for comprehensive tracking of your shipment. From the time of dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days.

EU - Customers can enjoy free shipping for orders over €350; below this, fees are €6 within Austria, €10 to Germany, and €15-€20 to other EU countries. DHL Express is available in the EU at variable rates.
Non-EU European Countries: €30 to €40
USA & Canada: €25 to €40
Australia & New Zealand: €40 to €62
International Shipping Rates: €30 to €50

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
DISTRIBUTION
Our orders are processed from Monday to Friday and are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. We strive to accommodate urgent orders whenever possible. INCORRECT ADDRESS / REDELIVERY TERMS
Please be aware that once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified. In cases where redirection or redelivery is necessary, the customer will bear the costs. We are unable to cancel and refund orders already in transit. We cannot assume responsibility for items marked as delivered but not received, or if a delivery attempt notification has not been received from the local postal service.
