Our bags are not fully customisable at this moment. If you're drawn to a particular colour from our website that's no longer available, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than happy to explore other possibilities with you.

What if a bag I want is out of stock?
At JULIA SKERGETH, we produce bags in small batches to ensure sustainability and limited collection. Because of this, popular items may sometimes sell out quickly. Join our waitlist for any out-of-stock product, and we'll notify you as soon as it's back. This way, you won't miss out on your favourite designs!
What's the difference between Bag Accessories and Jewellery?
While some of our Bag Accessories and Jewellery might have a similar look, they're designed with different purposes in mind. Bag Accessories are made to adorn and function with our bags, crafted to be durable and fit perfectly with their respective designs. Jewellery, however, is created for personal wear, focusing on comfort, aesthetics, and interaction with the body.
If you're tempted by a Bag Accessory for its look but intend to wear it as jewellery, we recommend selecting from our Jewellery section to ensure the piece meets your needs in terms of comfort and style. The variation in pricing reflects the difference in materials used and the craftsmanship required for each specific function.

Do any bag accessories come with a bag?
No, our bags are sold separately from our accessories. However, we offer the option to customise a bag with accessories to suit your personal style. You’re also encouraged to explore the wide variety of bag accessories available to find the perfect additions that reflect your individuality.
Where do you attach the cross-body strap on the Doctor's Bag?
To attach the cross-body strap to the Doctor's Bag, please refer to the imagery included in the product images for the Doctor's Bag. You will find the attachment rings located right next to the handles on the inside of the bag. This ensures a secure and stylish fit.
What if the colour of my bag looks different online?
We aim to present our bags online as true to their actual colours as possible. However, capturing every nuance of colour and material accurately can be a challenge. To help, we offer "body images" showing the bags in use, providing a different perspective and lighting. - Handbags & Small Leather Goods: Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery, provided items are in original, unused condition. Contact us via email within this period to initiate a return.
- Jewellery & Bag Accessories: Returns for jewellery are eligible for store credit only, within 14 days from delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging.

How long does shipping take?
